Staff Accountant

Job Description: Staff Accountant Location: Jackson, OH We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices, with a CPA designation.
Responsibilities: * Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports * Assist with month-end and year-end close processes * Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable * Reconcile bank statements and other accounts * Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes * Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance * CPA designation * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment This is a full-time permanent position with competitive salary and benefits package.
