*CORE FUNCTIONS**:*
* Lead by example
* Motivate team members, resolve conflicts and make difficult decisions
* Provide team with tools needed to complete tasks using on-the-job coaching
* Communicate passionately to the team the vision and the values of Magnolia Dental
* Facilitate interoffice communication with respectful and constructive problem-solving techniques
* Coach, support, and inspire team members to achieve peak performance each day
* Respond quickly, fairly, and professionally to team questions, concerns, and problems
* Continual communication with Doctor and Regional Manager of Operations
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) for your practice to meet goals
* Work within budget guidelines to maintain profitability
* Serve as the point person for office management duties including:
* Coordinate daily team huddles
* Practice invoice review
* Scheduling
* Patient privacy (HIPPA) and team member safety (OSHA)
* Hiring, training (or coordination of training), coaching new team members
* Schedule department meetings and in-service training (ie…CPR)
* Monitor time clock punches, necessary correction requests, approve vacation and assist if necessary with team members finding coverage with vacation
* Recruit and train new candidates in assigned jobs.
* Assist in employee performance evaluation, promotion, termination, and retention activities

* Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build a comfortable and approachable relationship with patients
*Desirable Qualifications*
* Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
* Experience in dental practice operations
* Experience with practice management software, preferably Dentrix Ascend
* Experience working with a variety of insurances
