The Ranch of Opportunity offers a peaceful and healthy environment for teenage girls to live, learn, heal and grow in a residential setting.
Girls are referred by their legal guardian, which may include their parents, Children’s Services agencies, or Juvenile Courts.
The unique nature of our Trauma Informed Care program offers the national best practice philosophy of care.
We have worked with over 60 referral sources throughout the state of Ohio and beyond.

The Ranch of Opportunity is recruiting a youth therapist to work in a residential treatment center environment.
This population ranges in age from 13 up to 17.
*Responsibilities:* * Provides and documents accurate, comprehensive diagnostic assessment and prescribes initial interventions in accordance with established practices and standards.
* Assists the adolescent and parent/guardian to establish specific, measurable treatment goals and objectives with specific interventions.
* Provides individual and family counseling in an outpatient setting in accordance with the treatment plan.
* Provides crisis intervention as needed.
Completes documentation in accordance with established rules, regulations and standards.
* Coordinates client care with other service providers as necessary.
* *Maintains productivity expectations.
* *Requirements:* * Education: Bachelor's Degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
Preferably - Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
