*Reporting:* The Office Administrator will report to the General Manager
*Duties & Responsibilities:* Responsible for the maintenance and development of supporting systems for sales order processing, order scheduling, order acknowledgement and change order notification, and general operations document retention.
Will engage by phone or in person with customers and vendors as required to support a smooth flow of information through the organization.
Courtesy and professional behavior and organization skills are critical measurements for this assignment.
Specific functional assignments will vary as required to support the growth cycles of the office environment.
This development will be a collaboration of the needs of the customer, the general manager and the operations leader to execute performance based on our corporate goals.
*Compensation:* Receive an hourly wage and company benefits to include, shared costs of major medical, dental, vision, life and disability.

*Skills*: Positive attitude, Assertive & confident communicator, organized, 2 years minimum office environment experience, fluent Microsoft office user, ERP or MRP experience in order processing, and purchasing.
