Provides services to clients who access our system through the Crisis Center, Outpatient and through our EAP contracts.
These services include: Pre-hospitalization screenings; CISM; the diagnosis and evaluation of mental and emotional disorders; case management services evidenced by coordinating diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, crisis assistance, monitoring and overall service delivery internally and with external systems; consultation and education; and Hot Line coverage as needed.
All services provided will be documented according to Agency policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
This position provides clinical guidance, training, and scheduling of Hot Line and Information and Referral programs for student interns.
In addition, with all members of the Crisis Center team coordinates activities in specified projects to help strengthen public relations within the community, promotes and assists with marketing and public awareness of the Agency, Crisis Center and Information and Referral programs.
*Minimum Requirements: *Master’s degree preferred or equivalent and two years related experience.
LSW, LPC required.
LISW, LPCC, MSN or Ph.
D.
preferred.
Must possess a valid Ohio driver’s license.
