Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being.

We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities.

The Managing Director, Information Technology is responsible for all aspects of the organization's technology resources and leads the IT team.
This position leads the development of organization's technology goals and objectives and manages the implementation and maintenance of supporting technologies.
This is a leadership role that requires a strong background in a wide-range of functions and technology management.
The salary range for this position is $111,785.
62 to $130,974.

Essential Functions: Provides strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of technology within the organization.
Develops a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Manages a team of Information Technology professionals and support staff.
Reviews, selects, and acquires new hardware, software, and telecommunication systems.
Oversees the organization’s technology related projects, including planning, budgeting, implementation, technical assistance, and ongoing management.
Maintains the organization’s Electronic Health Record and other integrating software.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and opportunities for innovation.
Assesses and recommends new technology concepts including but not limited to emerging systems, applications, services, protocols, and partnerships that will improve operations and enhance the organization’s ability to provide exceptional care.
Responsible for the deployment of security measures that ensure business continuity and HIPAA compliance.
Establishes and maintains strategic relationships with external technology partners and vendors and manages selection and renewal of systems and services contracts.
Develops and oversees technology policies, procedures and associated plans for infrastructure administration, project management, and system security administration.
Develops and manages the ISBH technology budget.
Responsible for development of business intelligence platforms and reporting tools while providing governance and oversight of processes and procedures related to data collection and use.
Creates regular and ad hoc reports for internal and external reporting.
Directs employee management including performance management, salary planning and administration, training, and development, workflow, and organizational planning, hiring and placement, and disciplinary actions.
Provides regular updates to Chief Administrative Officer regarding activities.
Participates in special projects as necessary.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field required.
Master’s degree preferred.
More than 6 years of experience in technology leadership roles.
Required knowledge of healthcare industry technologies.
Strong technical background with expertise in software development, infrastructure management, and emerging technologies.
Three years’ experience with electronic health records, preferably CareLogic Strategic thinker with the ability to translate the organization’s needs into technology solutions.
Commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace required.
Demonstrated high degree of cultural awareness.
Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.
