Material Handler - Logistics Associate It’s time to take your next step - UP.
Your logistical expertise will help add value to our efficiency and productivity.
Primary responsibilities will include: Working independently to load, unload, and move materials within or near work site Utilizing RF devices to fill orders and issue materials and supplies per requests Operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies Packing and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently Championing effective inventory management practices Adhering to and promoting safety and security policies and procedures Demonstrating exceptional reliability while maintaining a safe and clean work environment Qualifications: Ability to reach, bend, and lift/push packages that weigh up to 50 lbs.
Attention to detail and good time management skills Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week Material Handler Perks: Earning Potential: You can expect to earn a wage that is competitive and reliable, with compensation opportunities based on your personal development and performance.
This includes the PEAK Program, specially designed for logistics associates, featuring a variety of e-learning and practical development training to boost your operational skills.
Satisfactory completion of PEAK I is rewarded through a $1 increase to an associate's base wage rate; completion of PEAK II is rewarded through a $2 increase to an associate's base wage rate.
This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on the Branch's annual financial performance.
Development: Full commitment to helping you become as successful as possible with opportunities job shadowing and engaging in skill-based training.
Associates who began in our warehouse have grown and become active in other areas of the business such as leadership, operations, sales, project management, and corporate services.
