Real Estate Investment Company is looking for Property Evaluators (No Experience needed) for the Washington Court House, Oh metro area.
Must have reliable transportation and access to high quality Smartphone.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
=> Visually inspecting the interior and exterior of properties.
=> Evaluating property for condition including landscaping, exterior paint, roof, kitchen, baths, and HVAC.
=> Taking pictures of the property and uploading to google drive.
Job hours are flexible and vary daily based upon the number of homes inspected.
