Role Description: *
The Account Manager role is an entry-level field-sales position reporting directly to your designated Team Leader.
You’ll represent Classic Brands Distributing in a professional manner while ensuring company goals are met/exceeded.
You’ll build rapport and foster authentic relationships with a diverse range of customers while using sales and market data to present them with mutually beneficial product solutions for their unique businesses.
You’ll ensure the highest merchandising standards are maintained across your market by building displays, rotating product, furnishing promotional signage, and executing any mandated programming promptly.
Finally, you’ll collaborate with your management team and across departments to drive Classic Brands’ collective business forward and provide our customers with the outstanding level of service they’ve experienced since 1948.
*II.
Responsibilities:*
· Promote the growth and development of our diverse adult-beverage product portfolio by building trust with retail stakeholders, identifying opportunities for incremental growth, executing merchandising/promotional initiatives, and maintaining acceptable retailer inventory levels.
· Build rapport with decision-maker(s) in each retail account, identifying their unique needs and demonstrating an ability to make data-driven suggestions to satisfy these needs.
· Ensure your market is merchandised to the highest standard by building and maintaining displays, rotating product on a first-in-first-out basis, and maintaining signage and other promotional items at retail.
· Participate fully in all wholesaler/manufacturer incentive programs and support the execution of all wholesaler business objectives.
· Organize and attend brand activations throughout our market area from time to time.
· Work collaboratively with your Area Manager, Key Account Manager, and Sales Manager to ensure timely and effective execution of company goals.
· Work collaboratively with your delivery driver(s) to ensure open communication between departments and the highest level of service at retail.
· Attend at minimum monthly sales meetings, and any other meetings that may be required of you.
· Report to the warehouse at minimum once per week to gather necessary POS materials.

· Have a willingness to attend and organize brand activations.
· Have at minimum a high-school diploma or equivalent certificate.
· Be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of software tools (especially Outlook and Excel) and be able to operate them on an iPad device.
· Have a driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable form of personal transportation.
Must have personal transportation to service accounts.
· Be able to handle frequent bending, lifting, and stooping to handle cases weighing from 20-50lbs.

Pay: From $50,000.
