Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for ordering equipment, tracking all incoming and outgoing equipment and attachments, coordinating rental equipment, creating rental contracts, submitting attachment sales deals, and performing other duties as assigned by the Area Sales Manager or Branch Manager.
Essential Functions
Sales Support
Prepare documents for corporate to order equipment and attachments.
Locate equipment in inventory.
Coordinate all equipment and attachments needed for a rental.
Create rental contracts.
Work with billing administrator.
Create purchase orders and submit attachment sales deals.
Track all regional equipment purchases to create reports for sales staff monthly.
Assist with submitting equipment deal paperwork.
Inventory
Track and tag all incoming and outgoing equipment and attachments.
Work with hauling companies to get equipment moved to and from jobsites and between branches.
Service
Communicate with the service department regarding incoming and outgoing equipment.
Create shop work orders.
Other Functions
Contact other MTEC branches to coordinate equipment moves and inventory availability as needed.
Assist with other duties assigned and directed by corporate management within the frame work of Murphy Tractor and Equipment Company, Inc.

Physical Requirements and Work Schedule
Employee must be able to do occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Employee must be able to stoop, climb, move and hold arms and hands in small areas, utilizing tools on a regular basis.
Education/Work Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
Two year degree from a college or school or at least three years related experience and/or training preferred.
