85 hrly - Pay rate is based on experience level.

*This position follows a 7 PM- 7 AM shift*
*Job Description*
· Maintenance employees troubleshoot issues, repair failures of production and facilities equipment, and ensure maximum equipment efficiency, effectiveness and reliability.
· Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
· Must exhibit strong technical and operational skills.
· Demonstrate a high level of personal accountability, work autonomously / with little direction.
· Must be able to read and interpret equipment drawings/manuals in support of problem solving efforts.
· Good working knowledge and trouble shooting skills on pneumatic systems.
· Good working knowledge and trouble shooting skills on electrical systems (480v-120v).
· Proficient in proper use and safety procedures for all shop hand tools and power equipment including, drill press, grinders, and pullers.
· Experience welding and fabrication.
· Experienced with various types of pumps, motors and gear reducers including installation and alignment.
· Must obey all safety rules including but not limited to LOTO, hot work and confined space.
· Must be able to operate forklift and scissor lift.
· Experience with Cmms systems (work order systems).
· Experience with Allen Bradly PLC and controls a plus.
*Training and experience*
· 1-5 years Maintenance Technician experience.
· Technical degree or certificate Preferred.
· High School diploma or equivalent.
