*Responsibilities:*
* Proactively reach out to potential customers and generate leads
* Conduct door-to-door sales and effectively communicate the benefits of Elite Roofing's services
* Assess roofing needs and provide appropriate solutions to customers
* Climbing ladders and walking on various roof pitches to perform inspections and provide accurate estimates
* Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
* Participate in weekly meetings, quarterly team events, and sales competitions.
* Extrodinary customer service and relationship building skills
* Ability to climb a ladder and feel comfortable walking on various steepnesses.
* Excellent time management skills to assist customers from start to finish on projects.
* Carry yourself in a professional manor.
Well groomed, dressed, and on time to meetings and appointments.
* A true burning desire to reach financial freedom.

*Qualifications:*
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.
* Ability to climb ladders and walk on various roof pitches.

* Prior experience in roofing sales is a plus, but not required.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
* Great salesmanship abilities.
* Strong conversation starter.
*Requirements:*
* Must be legally allowed to work in the United States.
* Must pass a background check.
* Must have a valid driver’s license.
* Must be able to travel within a 50-mile radius of the office.
* Must be willing and able to climb a ladder and complete a roof inspection.
* Must have evening and weekend availability.
This is not a 9-5 position.
