Job Summary
We have partnered with the largest and fastest-growing manufacturing of paper in North America and its need for a Reliability Engineer.
The focus of this position will be to manage technical and reliability functions using data-based decisions with the intent of improved safety, increased production, reduced waste, and effective spending.
What You'll Do:
Work within maintenance and closely with the production groups to determine projects and improvements that increase value to the company.
In addition, proper prioritization and management of the project to maximize value.
Assist with all phases of equipment repair including but not limited to troubleshooting, diagnosing, recommendations, execution, and follow up.
Manage predictive and preventive programs to improve Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
Lead and facilitate Root Cause Failure Analysis sessions (RCFA) to prevent reoccurring failures.
Your Background Should Include:
BS degree in mechanical engineering or similar discipline.
At least three years of experience in an industrial environment.
SAP PM experience strongly preferred.
