The current opportunity would work out of our Greenfield, OH location.
The Opportunity:
This position is for a 1st Shift Material Handler depending on experience.
This is an hourly position that does not involve direct management of people.
In this role, you will report to the Production Lead.
The purpose for this position is to move all product in production process within established procedures and quality assurance.
BACKGROUND REQUIRED:
Forklift license / Certification preferred.
High school diploma / GED preferred.
Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
SKILLS REQUIRED:
How to FIFO product
Basic reading, writing, and math skills
Basic computer skills
Inventory Control
Dependable and hard working
Ability to follow oral and written instruction.
Prior production material handling experience preferred.
Ability to work OT as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Safety, Quality, and EMS
Follow standardized work instructions.
Fully participate in and support the Corvac Quality System
Maintain work in accordance with schedules.
Understand all material handler duties.
Understand and follow order summary and daily paperwork.
Properly stage loads and store product in proper locations.
Properly stack and load containers
Generate paperwork when needed.
Train others as required.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Standardized Work Instructions
Forklift (varying length forks)
Copier/scanner, barcode scanner
Windows-based computer applications (Microsoft Office, AS400/Epicor)
